Product Introduction:
  The machine utilizes a core drive mechanism to propel a threading arrow through the pallet base holes, encircling the cargo with strapping to complete the bundling process. Featuring a top-mounted core design that allows for lateral movement, it enables precise positioning for strapping. Integrated with a PLC control system, it supports a fully automated operation cycle including photoelectric sensing, positioning, threading, tensioning, heat sealing, and cutting. The gantry height can be customized based on the dimensions of the cargo.

SERVICE AGREEMENT  

A: Design Drawing  
Before acceptance of the equipment, will supply the following documents to the customer:1set English version technical data, including: the main mechanical structure drawings, electrical schematics and wiring diagram.

C: Installation & Commissioning
a. All equipment must be installed and tested  in factory before delivering until customers accept.
b. We provide 24hours online technical service, including mechanical and electrical installation &commissioning, repair, maintenance and operation in production line.

D: Warranty Period & Service
a.We provide one year guarantee for main electric parts for example motor,inverter and PLC, except artificial damage during guarantee.

b.Damages caused by other factors and after warranty period, we will provide fitting with reasonable price and free technical support for life. 

E: Emergency Respond Time 
After receiving the notice from the customer, will respond to the customer within 2hours and technical support within 24hours.
